How long is the hire period?
The best thing about hiring one of our venues is the option of booking for exactly the period you need. We don’t make you hire for a day if you only need the room for an hour. Whether you need to book a smaller venue for half a day for two delegates, or a conference suite for 65 people for several days, we have the solution. With more than 100 rooms in prime locations, our prices start at just £10 per person per head. Providing quality but cheap meeting room hire, thanks to our discounted price scheme, you’ll never get hit with a host of add-on costs – if it’s in your hired room, you can use it.
You can also benefit from our unique &Reward Club, giving you a greater discount every time you book with us. Redeem your rewards as a discount for future bookings, for shopping vouchers, or to make a charitable donation.
What’s included within the cost?
We don’t charge clients for coffees and teas, or for using our flat-screen televisions. In fact, unlimited tea, coffee, biscuits and water are included in the price at all our locations – we serve only Fair-Trade coffee and Twinings teas at all our UK venues.
We also provide free wi-fi, AV equipment, PCs, flip charts and pens, plus wall-mounted televisions or projectors for presentations and training slides.
Our team is on hand during the run-up to your event and will be there throughout the day if you need any assistance. You’ll benefit from flexible seating layouts in a contemporary business setting, with equipment to suit your every need.
What about extra catering?
Additional catering options are available on request. We provide an excellent range of food and drink to complement your meeting. We can meet almost any dining requirements, but typically, we offer the following choices:
• A breakfast typically consists of hot bacon and sausage rolls, yoghurt, granola and a selection of pastries and fruits.
• A varied range of meals for lunch, such as sandwiches – including meat, fish and vegetarian choices – fruit platters, light snacks, desserts and cakes.
• A delicious afternoon tea, consisting of a selection of finger sandwiches, afternoon tea sweets and mini-scones.
Is it simple to book?
When booking with &Meetings, you can select your venue and then add any additional requests, such as catering. Our simple online booking system will enable you to establish the initial cost. Optional extras, such as the full catering service, can then be added to the individual client’s requirements.
