In accordance with stringent new measures and protocols, and following a thorough risk assessment of all our locations, we will once again be taking bookings online and by telephone on 0800 073 0499, for when current restrictions are lifted.
Our parent company, BE Offices, long ago recognised the importance of cleanliness in its business centres and created its own in-house cleaning division so it could control the exact high standards it required. All our meeting rooms therefore are serviced by our own personnel with over 150,000 hours a year devoted to cleaning our centres.
In addition, we have established new procedures to prevent any potential risk of infections from surfaces with a rigorous deep cleaning programme which includes the monthly fogging of all rooms (spraying of an ionised solution into the air that settles to cover surfaces comprehensively, resulting in a sterilised environment for up to 30 days), a procedure which replicates that being used by government bodies, the NHS and TFL.
In terms of facilitating social distancing, we will be operating an ‘every other’ chair policy in all meeting rooms for the foreseeable future, reducing the capacity of each room by 50% to ensure social distancing guidelines are adhered to.
Other measures taken at our centres include the installation of heat mapping technology to alert people if they are showing increased residual temperature and are perhaps at risk of COVID-19 symptoms. Our receptions have also been fitted with sneeze screens and installations of hand sanitiser gel dispensers to protect visitors and reception staff.
