I stupidly had parked in the wrong section for the ticket I had bought, but when the receptionist saw the traffic warden at my car she called me to the front to sort the situation, which saved me a parking fine.  When our meeting had finished everyone helped me carry my samples out to my car which are heavy and cumbersome.

The facilities were excellent and offered everything we required. We certainly will use the service in the future and our only regret is that we have not been aware of the facility before.
