The 2013 Basingstoke Entrepreneur Roadshow
&Meetings in partnership with Business Environment are sponsoring the 2013 Entrepreneur Roadshow being held at ViewPoint on 31st January 2012.
The event, the first to be held in Basingstoke is aimed at any business based in the UK. The event is designed to showcase products or services which are aimed at the Entrepreneur / Start-Up markets. There will also be support offered to new budding entrepreneurs too.
In Quarter 2012 over 200 new business were registered at Companies House, 75 of these were in May. Basingstoke is already home to many global corporate businesses but it is also a hotbed for entrepreneurs with a large number of micro businesses located within the town and its districts.
The Entrepreneur Roadshow is designed to help and inform people who want to ‘Fire Their Boss’ and make that leap from being employed to managing their own business and those who already have.
There will be a large number of exhibitors at the event, including many who can help new entrepreneurs develop their idea, support business planning, funding ideas (both conventional and innovative), legal issues, marketing, social media. In addition, there will be successful entrepreneurs eager to share their experiences and offer practical advice. The Roadshow also provides information and support for budding business owners and entrepreneurs who are in the process of starting their own business or looking for the next opportunity.
The event is being held at the Business Environment location in Basing View. ViewPoint is ideally placed in central Basingstoke with onsite parking and a short walk from the mainline station.
&Meetings have been hosting large events for a number of years in London. This is the first event to be managed by them in Basingstoke.
