3. Select venue
4. Select date & time
5. Enter number of delegates (attendees) at your meeting
6. Our booking engine will return a list of rooms that meet your requirements
7. Select your room
8. Fill in your contact details
9. Paypal checkout payment (you can use your existing account if you have one, or you can follow the simple steps shown on the screen to complete secure payment)
10. You’ll receive a room reservation and payment confirmation via email
